Is there a manual for a kguard DVR?

I fitted a KGuard DVR the manual is for kg-sha104/kg-sha108 not sure which one the system is as its hidden in shop and I’m in my house. The system was working fine and still is except my friend has lost the passswords for the admin and user accounts.
