Where are the OSD menu buttons on my monitor?

11-05-2010 09:51 PM I’ve had this monitor connected to my PC for about 4 hours, and have yet to get the OSD menu buttons on the right pane of the monitor to work. The buttons all light up when powering on the monitor. But once the monitor is on and displaying the image from my PC, none of the buttons except the exit button get a reaction.

Why is my OSD not working on my Dell monitor?

Sorry to hear that, on these monitors when you’re having trouble getting to the OSD are they hooked up to a computer/device that is displaying an image and what input are you using on them (the input type shouldn’t matter but was just curious)?

Is there a way to access the OSD?

Is there an OSD for HDMI to DP?

If so, this is kind of what I was getting at that there will not be an OSD to adjust anything until the monitor is displaying an image from an active source that is receiving. I know sometimes on this type of adapter it can be a bit tricky and even require an active adapter for HDMI to DP to work correctly.
