We have had the same issue, the fuse is behind the cassette which you need to remove to gain access, if this fuse is intact it could be the 5 amp fuse in the electric box, this blew when we had a water pump issue and both the flush and water pump went off. Hope you get it fixed. there is also another very common cause of ‘button not working’…..
