How old is the ravenheat boiler in the kitchen?

we have a ravenheat boiler and it’s 3 years old. To get hot water through to the kitchen tap i have to run the hot water tap in the bathroom or turn the heating on and that also gets hot water to the kitchen. Not good with todays outside temperature :). turn the bathroom tap off and the kitchen tap water then goes cold again.
