Take both a Master Farmer and a Master Scientist to the pond and drop them in. They will retrieve algae-eating fish and bring them to the ocean. Once enough algae-eating fish are transported to the ocean, the algae will clear and your villagers can fish again.

If you know where to collect steam( base of the lava flow into the water, below where you collect the lava) to the left of that, there is a cliff at the bottom left corner of the screen, near where they fish. I was only able to get it with a Master Gatherer.

- Use the scythe to cut the yellow grass 3 times.
- Collect branches from the dead tree beside the Crafting Hut.
- Then bring 2 ropes to tie the scarecrow.
