What is the difference between RockShox Pike and Lyrik?

The difference between the two is night and day although I haven’t used an up to date pike. The Lyrik is more supple, stiffer and more responsive. Arm pump is massively reduced too. If your budget can stretch, go for the Lyrik.

Does the RockShox Lyrik lockout?

The Lyrik is also available with an RCT3 damper, with low-speed compression and lockout modes. The Lyrik chassis has remained unchanged for years and boasts among the best tyre clearance in the business. RockShox’ trademark sag markings make setting up the fork that bit easier.

Is Pike or Lyrik better?

Lyrik features the same 35mm chassis that Pike does, but is better because it uses the Rapid Recovery system that keeps the front wheel stable in dirt tracks. Pike’s chassis is notably designed to maximize on weight saving and increase in stiffness.

Is Yari better than Lyrik?

It’s not quite yari – pike – lyrik as the lyrik and pike are the same level. However the revised air spring of the lyrik/yari is excellent, – and its stiffer, although heavier.
