Emailed customer service, since they have 12 months warranty, and been informed they didnt have them in stock, so offered a refund… that’s it. They said the refund is being processed, it’s one month in and i still dont have my money.

In order to send goods back you have to email EMU then wait for them to send you a Returns Form. For EMU to respond can take anything between 48-72 hours. They then can take anything as in my case, up to two weeks after receiving returns back to process a refund ( I have still not got mine!)
