Are there any problems with my forest river surveyor RV?
I did all the repairs myself. just to name a few problems: water leak bedroom window, slide and stove vent.
Are there any problems with the slide out on an RV?
Troubleshooting RV Slide Out Problems: One main problem with slide outs is that they may get out of alignment. The good news here is that each slide can be adjusted separately. All you have to do to fix it is take your RV to a dealer and let them make an adjustment.
What to do when slide outs don’t move?
Make sure the house batteries are charged completely, or if at all possible, plug your RV into shore power. This will indicate whether the problem may be the batteries or not. If you push the button for the slide outs and can hear the motor running but the slides don’t move, check the motor’s shear pins.

We purchased this RV as a hold over in July of 2020. We had researched dozens of RVs and kept coming back to this model, we loved the floor plan and pretty much everything about it, it had everything we were looking for. We used the RV once. The first time I took a shower the bathroom flooded.
