Tonerider pickups are awesome. This model has that early 60’s vintage vibe (ala 62 Strat). I think the description they give that they have the Knopfler / Clapton sound is pretty accurate. Very good quality with great sound at a great price.

It recently seems to have come to light that Squier are using Toneriders in their Classic Vibe range, i have a CV 50’s Strat with Alnico III pickups which are supposedly the Surfari set, they sound really good IMO.
What is the best distortion pedal for od?
BTW Tonerider makes a sweet OD and distort pedal. Top class, my favorites over BOSS and Ibenez. Just installed some Lawrence Keystones and they rival the TR’s, in fact they are a little brighter both clean and driven. Only $75 for a set.
