At every faucet and toilet in our house, when water is running, it creates a loud wooshing noise in the walls. I’m not sure how else to describe it, but it’s like the normal “oh I can hear the sink or toilet on upstairs” but VERY loud.

Why do I hear water running behind my Kitchen Sink?
I can hear water running behind / below my kitchen sink, but nothing is on. Also, nothing is wet. I live in an older apartment building. I am on the top floor. While I was at work, some service guys were in my apartment earlier today to install kitchen cabinets.
