Vacuums, mops, brooms etc are also provided for the cleaner. I’m experience it depends. When I’ve used independent cleaners I’ve been expected to provide everything.

Mine bring their own except polish. I can’t abide Mr Sheen on the wood and want proper beeswax polish. Cleaners are supposed to use products provided by their clients as most people prefer stuff that they use regularly themselves.
