If your motion detection is not triggering enough, then you need to adjust the sensitivity UP or DOWN depending on what result you want. This is done in the MENU > SYSTEM > MOTION > AREA setting. Adjust the motion sensitivity up to be more sensitive, or down to be less sensitive.

Why are all of my Swann floodlight cameras offline?

Realy need this back up and running, @MichaelC (Swann Communications) is someone able to take a look at this and provide us with updates. Had the same issue as everyone else, before the firmware update everything is working fine, but now all 4 of my outdoor floodlight camera is offline and won’t pair again.
