I Have a WB Greenstar 30si Combi Boiler. When the central heating is firing it produces hot water no problem. But, when it is just hot water on demand (with no central heating) it runs hot for the first 3 seconds or so and then drops off to about 10 degrees (ish). This is in a sink directly next to the boiler.
