Our check-in desks generally open at least 2 hours 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time – see the check-in opening times at your airport. Please arrive at the airport in good time, as our check-in desks will close 40 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Yes, you may check-in for your Jet2 flight with your mobile device starting 28 days before and ending 5 hours before the scheduled departure time (depending on your departure city and destination) to receive a mobile boarding pass on your mobile device.

To check in for your flight: Visit your airline’s website as soon as 24-hours prior to the departure of your first flight. Use the confirmation number in your online account to check in. You will also be able to view your seats and, if permitted by the airlines, confirm your seating preferences.
