The DAWs (Cubase, Ableton Live, etc…) and plugins I have installed on my PC are all 32 bit. When I install MPC Beats, it automatically installs the 64 bit version with no option to choose to install a 32 bit version instead.

Does Reaper support 32 bit plugins?

Yes, the easier way is just to select “Automatic bridging when required” in Options/Preferences/Plug-ins/Compatibility and let Reaper do the bridging for you (assuming you selected the right option when you installed Reaper). I run plenty of 32 bit VSTs this way without any problems.
