Where is XUR winding Cove?

This week Xur is located at the EDZ destination. Specifically, he can be found standing atop a cliff that overlooks the Winding Cove region from the north. You will see an icon for his shop in the bottom left corner of the EDZ map. In order to reach him, you may need to do a little platforming and climbing.
Why is XUR not showing up?
When Destiny Xur is missing from the expected location on Sunday December 12, 2021, then this might be due to the agent not being there. He leaves the game every Sunday and returns on a Friday, although the time will vary by daylight savings time and would either be 10AM or 9AM in the UK.
Does XUR show up on the map?
You can find him in the Tower over in the Hangar. Run to the right side of the map and run under the building housing Future War Cult. Head to the northern edge of the map and run up the flight of stairs there. You’ll find Xur hanging out right at the top of that first staircase, next to the next flight of stairs.
