PHOENIX—Amara Resort and Spa in Sedona, AZ, has been acquired by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Kimpton acquired the 100-room boutique resort through its proprietary KHP-III fund, which closed in first quarter this year. The property will become Kimpton’s third hotel in Arizona.
