Why is my camera not working on my sign in screen?

Camera Sign-on was working fine until yesterday when it started indicating that the camera was not available and to use my PIN to sign in. Since mine (and I’m presuming the others) is not a Surface Pro 4, Tao’s response seems to not address it. Anyone else find anything else?
